Dates being changed

Action: Copied " sale, Rome, Italy, 1828 " into current text field.
Expectation: Normal date copying
What happened: "sale, Rome, Italy, 1828" converts to "sale, Rome, Italy, 1969"

Action: trying to change "1969" in the date field to "1828"
Expectation: should change to 1828
Reality: changes to "1970"
