Firstly, congratulations!

Icon

We'd like all Locus Map add-ons to be clearly distinguishable and related to the main app at the same time. Therefore, we need all Locus Map add-ons to be created upon a common base icon. You can download it from the data directory. Available sizes are for mdpi, hdpi, xhdpi, xxhdpi resolutions, and also a big 512×512 icon. Only the bottom left quarter of the main icon is available for customization. The remaining area of the icon must be left intact. If you would like us to help you with the icon design, please don't hesitate and contact us!

The icon is available for Locus Map add-ons only.

Information in Locus Map

Your add-on can be added to the list of add-ons directly in the Locus Map application.

For this we need:

  • icon 96×96 px
  • name of add-on
  • description - should be brief, not longer than 150 chars.
  • package name of your add-on
  • starting point - activity with LAUNCHER category.

Without this info, we can't list the add-on directly in the Locus Map app.

Information on Google Play

  • Add-on name must end with "for Locus Map". For example, "Augmented reality for Locus Map".
  • Add-on listing should begin with a few words describing the relation of the add-on to Locus Map as the core app.
  • "Add-on for application Locus Map" text must be added at the end of the listing. This text is searched directly from Locus Map when users search for more add-ons!
