GetCapabilities date incorrect

The GetCapabilities request shows incorrect dates and locations. Below is an example ncSOSv1.2.1 that is running through THREDDS.

http://thredds.aoos.org/thredds/sos/aoos/sensors/aoos_bering_strait/data/sea_surface_wave_significant_height.nc?service=SOS&version=1.0.0&request=GetCapabilities

Below is the part that is incorrect in the XML. The observations stop in 2015 but it is show 2017 for the endPosition.

The location looks incorrect also

NetCDF global attributes

		:time_coverage_end = "2015-10-21T00:25:00" ;

The dates are also incorrect on the DescribeSensor request (below)
