Cartridge and Patch Reset in Reaper

With the latest build, I get a cartridge and patch reset in Reaper every time I select the Dexed plugin in my list of track FX. this did not happen before.

Recall of VST patch is also broken, at least the cartridge and patch name are reset.

Since I have added the internal cartridge combo box; each time the window was reloaded, this list was reset, having the current program to be set to 1.

Now fixed.

Confirmed fixed, the right patch name is showing again. I guess the cartridge name was never changing when I loaded a SYX file. Could maybe change to "Custom" but that is more an enhancement.

Oh wait, cartridge name also does not recall when I save a patch from one of the Synprez banks. It always shows Dexed_01 now!

This is a work as design; the combo box is acting like a popup list and the current selected item means nothing. The target implementation is to have a static button that show a dynamic list pop-up. The old implementation 'was' doing that, but I found the dialog too IU workflow unfriendly.

This might be fixed in milestone 0.5.

Okay presets and their banks are now being recalled even if I am loading a custom bank. I believe this was broken in between. New Cartridge knob works fine, however now there is a new bug: when you select nothing from the list, all presets are deleted...
