So here is what I'm trying to fix: * attempt to better narrate the ID/anchor concepts * blocks/assign-id/ repeats most of what's in attributes/id/, but doesn't have the legacy syntax mentioned, though examples are better in the former * explain more caveats when using different syntaxes * fix xreflabel/reftext epxlanations
