No tags for the different releases

There is not tags created for the asciidoctor-backend github repo :

Questions:

• Is it planned to create tagged versions ?
• Is the master branch the backends code (slim, haml, ...) that we can use with Asciidoctor 1.5 ?
• Are the templates of the master branch backward compatible with 1.0.4 ?

We don't use tags because I think it's too specific. Instead, we use branches. When using Asciidoctor 0.1.4, you should use the asciidoctor-v0.1.4 branch (https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-backends/tree/asciidoctor-v0.1.4). Master currently applies to 1.5.0, though once we start preparing 1.6.0, this will need to become a branch too. I'd like to stick with the branch approach for now as it allows us to backport changes.
