Asciidoctor config files not found in hierarchical multi-module project

Observed vs. expected behavior

When using a Maven multi-module project, sometime the .asciidoctorconfig files in the parent modules are not found.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a Maven module with an .asciidoctorconfig file
• Create a sub-module with an .asciidoctorconfig file
• Create a test file. Depending on the initialization, the parent file is sometimes ignored.

Environment

Plugin version 0.41.8, IntelliJ 2023.3
