- Fixed issue that tabs were not displayed when reopening .adoc files
- Upgraded to AsciiDoc 1.5.1
- Renamed tab to Preview
- Changed sequence of tabs
- Added initial Gradle support. In the future it would be nice if the whole plugin was built using Gradle.

I actually removed Gradle support since 0.5. IntelliJ seems to get very confused when doing plugin development and having a Gradle build too. I'll remove it until Jetbrains improved their tool support. |
