What is the goal of this pull request?
Initially bump the wrapper's version to use latest Maven's v3.8.4, then I saw the wrapper has been adopted by Apache's.
So we also include the new one.
Are there any alternative ways to implement this?
No. It was a matter of running
mvn wrapper:wrapperas stated https://maven.apache.org/wrapper/.Are there any implications of this pull request? Anything a user must know?
Affects pipelines, but nothing else.
