Skip over tags and character references when applying lowercase text transform

When the converter applies the uppercase and capitalize text transform, it skips over tags and character references. However, it does not skip over them when applying the lowercase text transform. This can cause font names and image paths to be mangled. The tags should be skipped when applying the lowercase text transform. (The character references don't matter since case doesn't affect those).
