Callout syntax for XML source is not displayed correctly #229

The callout syntax to be used for XML source is not well displayed in the asciidoctor manual

Here is what we display :

Should be :

Thanks for pointing this out @cmoulliard! When the example AsciiDoc is included, the subs attribute on the listing block that includes it needs to be set to "specialcharacters" so that the callouts are not interpreted. I'll make that update.

This is a recurrent issue for all the callouts (not only XML).
