Redirect maven docs to docs.aciidoctor.org

Adds redirections for /docs/asciidoctor-maven-plugin and /docs/hack-asciidoctor-maven-plugin to the new docs site (docs.asciidoctor.org/).

Note that:

• Not all links have a direct translation because some sections were removed. For example, the attributes and "building".
• This depends on this PR Add ID to 'attributes' to be able to generate direct url from other docs asciidoctor-maven-plugin#509. @mojavelinux I recall docs need to be rebuild after the merge?

The asciidoctor.org site is rebuilt as soon as the PR is merged.

Correct. Right now it only runs nightly. But I can kick it at any time using the button on the GitHub Actions page. I'll do that now.
