I like sectanchors for its visual feedback. I like sectlinks for the ease of clicking section titles. Can we have both? (Currently, adding both attributes doesn't have the desired effect.)

You are correct that these attributes are currently mutually exclusive. I don't see the harm in taking away that restriction. It's a minor change.
