Right-click eyedropper

What do you need to do? Draw using only one hand, without every touching the keyboard (when tired). How would you like to do it? Simply, by having an option to use right-click as an eye dropper. This is a common functionality among pixel-art editors (notably, Graphics Gale). Yes, that means losing the "background color". And yes, I can totally live with that.

I've made a very dirty patch for myself, but having it implemented cleanly and be part of the codebase would be superior.
