I'm not sure what to write about this more than the title, haha.
Having the color picker pinned in a tab, and then switching over to the home menu, and clicking open file or something and move the window around, it will cause the window to ghost in the area where the color picker is supposed to be.
But this gif should explain it.

I cannot reproduce this issue exactly, but can reproduce a similar issue (dev build, Linux) | it seems to be less severe. Basically, the cursor gets slow, and there is a MINOR repaint issue. Notice that the cursor glitches in the video | note that the repaint issue after the dialog is closed happens sometimes and doesn't other times
