Better New Article Rake Task

I'd like it to:

1. Fetch the latest Cloudy Conway tweet, download its image, crop it.
2. mkdir /source/img/blog/article-name
3. Store the image there as background.jpg.
4. Use the new article template to point to the background image and source link.
