This change automatically generates the typescript DTO types in development mode and removes the generated artifact from the repo. I wasn't able to accomplish this through webpack loader as I originally had hoped since I forgot that the generated output is types and
ts-loaderwill pull types by reading them directly on disk, not through webpack.License Requirements
