Adding the possibility of submenus in header #32

Hi,

I would like to add the possibility of including one or more dropdown submenus in header, which will then link other pages. Would you approve this, @ashutosh1919 ?

@danielmarostica I think we can discuss on this further because the addition should be a general addition and useful to everyone.

Where do you want to add the submenus and which pages will it link to?

@danielmarostica I think the portfolio template already contains huge set of details. But I can relate this to long term plan.

We can first focus on linking submenu to already built stuff. For example, education may have submenu with Universities and Certifications. On clicking Certifications, it will switch to another tab (Education) and will scroll down to Certifications.

Later, we can expose this feature to add custom new pages as users want.
