Run examples on CI #199

  • Update the rust.yml file to run the examples on CI which closes the example right away (specified by an environment variable?)
  • If it is not possible to create a window on CI, the Window should implements a headless mode for testing purposes (Return a headless context, a render loop that only runs once, and a render target to write to).

The headless example is now running on CI.
