A script/makefile/or something such to create a package (tar.gz/tar.bz2) file that can be downloaded and extracted to install OnlyBlog.

Added a temporary packaging script make_package. Run it in the directory it exists in to create a tar.gz package. Current restriction is that the directory it is in, must be called onlyblog. Will be fixed soon.
