⚙️ HOW TO

🐍 Regarding the python files and notebooks, the next steps should be followed to run them:

✅️️ NOTE: I used Python 3.8 for running the following commands.

  1. Install the virtualenv package:
pip install virtualenv
  1. Create a virtual environment
virtualenv venv
  1. Activate the virtual environment
. vnenv/bin/activate
  1. Install the required packages, provided in the requirements.txt file:
pip install -r requirements.txt
  1. Running the files.
  • To run a jupyter notebook type:

    jupyter notebook
  • To run the .py files type:

    python3 *.py

🧮 Regarding the matlab files, you should download MATLAB 9.4 2018a.
