New providers added to dev since 2.1.0 are:

  1. Apple ("Sign in With Apple" provider #318)
  2. GitLab (Gitlab #329)
  3. Nextcloud (Add Nextcloud provider and unit test #325)
  4. Shopify (Add shopify provider #326)

Before merging dev-3.0.0 into dev and then creating the rel/3.0.0 branch, I guess we should publish a new 2.x release for these 4 new providers.

What release should that be, 2.1.1 or 2.2.0?

I'm guessing the latter as this is adding new functionality. Thoughts?

I've pushed up a rel/2.2.0 branch to support the new providers for ASP.NET Core 2.2.

Just need @PinpointTownes to push the packages to NuGet.org when he has some time available 😃
