Might not need this either, but requires https://github.com/aspnet/MvcPrecompilation/blob/dev/test/Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Razor.ViewCompilation.FunctionalTests/Infrastructure/CommandResultExtensions.cs to be removed.

Workarounds removed:
Reference to Microsoft.DotNet.InternalAbstractions no longer needed
OutputType=exe in test apps. This is the default for Microsoft.NET.Sdk.Web projects
