Updated all libs up to date. Menu in Chrome abp.nav undefined. In IE it's OK.

Maybe it's cached scripts. Did you try Ctrl+F5?

Yes, we tried. And clear cashed files too. It's only in Chrome. IE and Firefox work well.

Ops. Find error message in Chrome:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) http://localhost:6234/AbpScripts/GetScripts
Please advice

in Chrome get http://localhost:6234/AbpScripts/GetScripts don't return js file. For us it's question

Thanks. You were right.
Clear C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root
and it's works.
