Closes #126

  • Discover notifications channels for a given resource through /.well-known/solid endpoint.
  • Allow to listen to LDP containers, LDP resources and ActivityStreams collections
  • Send notifications to Webhook channels
  • Offer a NotificationsListenerService and ActivitiesListenerService to handle listening more easily

Websocket channel notifications will be done in another PR.
