Communication with fast and slow i2c messages

Added fast (10 per second) and slow (1 per second) messages into i2c communication protocol.
All CASUs configured with the same i2c address (0x11).
Vibration patterns enabled.
Release skipped v0.15.0 in accordance with casu-beaglebone firmware release.

After major bugfixing in Graz

Fixed incorrect pin configuration on slave PIC.
