Ruby

Tanuki is powered by the Ruby programming language, version 1.9 in particular. We suggest going through Programming Ruby 1.9 and Metaprogramming Ruby books to become a Ruby warrior. Why's (Poignant) Guide to Ruby is worth checking out, if you're into chunky bacon, that sort of thing.

Getting Started

Absolute beginners can install the latest version of the gem, and move on to the Getting Started guide.

You can skip the guides in favour of raw code and documentation.
