🌟 Replace darglint (deprecated)

Darglint is now archived.

We need to replace it with alternatives :

• https://github.com/PyCQA/pydocstyle
• https://github.com/jsh9/pydoclint
• https://pypi.org/project/darglint2/

Motivation

It would be better to use modern tools.
