Include a function that checks everything is there before attempting to run:

  • at least one valid photometric data file
  • params_input.dat file properly formatted
  • semi_input.dat file if semi is set
  • /isochrone folder with proper isochrone files
  • correct metallicity and age steps if the best fit method is set to run
