Description
Remove k8s 1.24. This only stops testing k8s 1.24, but doesn't change any code related to 1.24, and actually this chart will probably continue work fine on 1.24 for a while. It's just that k8s 1.24 has been deprecated in all major cloud providers so QA cannot create new 1.24 clusters to run e2e tests on, so we cannot guarantee that it works.
