astro deployment variable create breaking on = characters

Describe the bug

The CLI basically truncates everything which is after "=" in the value field.
for eg astro deployment variable create --deployment-id cltfhsagz003t01h5dzbutd9o AIRFLOW_CONN_TEST="kubernetes:///?__extra__=extraval" --secret
This just rejects everything after = and only populates kubernetes:///?extra as the value. This works fine when the variable is created via UI
