✍️ Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We are now using ACR as our image repository instead of quay.io because it is more stable and less prone to outages.

🧩 Describe the solution you'd like

When a user runs the command astro dev init it should create a Dockerfile based on the lasted ACR image rather than a quay.io image. This should just be changing the text of Dockerfile that is created by the command

🤔 Describe alternatives you've considered

Is your feature request specific to a particular Astronomer Platform?

  • Astro
  • Software
  • None/Unknown
