References, because this has been a journey:

When debugging, you seemingly cannot print things inside of <!-- ... --> but must use divs or whatever.

at large: 0

Shouldn't the total lengths be 2, 2, and 5 (judges, attorneys, OUSD)? And then my where clauses are like all wrong.
