This seems uncontroversial and definitely cleans some stuff up, so I'm going to merge. But @cmccully, if you disagree with something here feel free to say so and we can revert/change it in a separate PR! |

This is a few changes to the docs I made after activating RTD for astroscrappy (see #4). @cmccully, are you ok with the various content changes here? I didn't really change anything, just moved stuff around.
