This is a simple Recommender Systems with Python. In this project, popularity based filtering through user ratings. It lacks personalization and is not sensitive to the particular taste of a user.
The Data is taken from MovieLens website. u-data is the data of the ratings provided by users. u-item is the data of movie titles
