Suggestions from my side regarding GSoC:

• Since we are looking for mentors in GSoC project ideas, we should have eligibility criteria defined to become a mentor in GSoC for AsyncAPI organisation. Moreover, there should be a process documented on how we should select mentors for these mentorship programs and what can be the application process for mentor candidates.
• Since new mentors may or may not be part of contributors of the project/repo, we should have a onboarding guide/doc on how a new mentor should be onboarded on to the project and guide the mentee accordingly.
