Is the plugin working in Substance Painter?
What version of Deadline are you using? It is tested with 8.
Make sure you have DL Web Service running. Please refer to the documentation

Plugin works in SP. Ill set up the webservice on monday. We dont have it running on a regular basis. We are running v10. Regards Bonsak
