The test lattices (dba.mat, hmba.mat,…) were hidden in the matlab_tests folder. They have been moved to a new machine_data package, which is now included in the distribution.

The test fixtures are modified to access them with the importlib.resources interface.

In the future, it would be nice to merge the machine_data used by Matlab (at the root of the git repository) with the new one in pyat. But this requires a reorganisation of the repository.
