The tests comparing Matlab and python results revealed a difference in physical constants. In python,
scipy.constantsuse the recommended 2018 values, while Matlab values are outdated. Though this does not significantly affect AT results, it makes comparisons more difficult. This PR updates Matlab with values extracted fromscipy.constants.
