Open Instruments
Select Time Profiler in Mac OS X > All
Open the Choose Target… panel
And pick Chocolat
Click Record or press cmd-R to start recording
Have a nice piece of free-range, organic chocolat
Click Stop or press cmd-R to stop recording
Zip it, ship it
