之前频繁复现：提正常的PR的时候，如果只有一个commit，会一直停留在 coverage/coveralls 为 7/8 或 3/4 的 pending 状态。需要手动再提一个commit才会通过coverage/coveralls。这个PR再验证一下现在是否还有这个问题。
发现，之前的问题没有了，但是出来了新问题，直接报测试覆盖率下降，下降原因是 anchor 覆盖率掉了，但实际上没有修改到 anchor 的代码
