BVN-Satellite Version 1.2

Version 1.2 adds an Admin Panel to the Plugin, which allows to reduce the connections to the BVN.ch API and stores several lists in own Wordpress Options.
Without configuration in the admin panel all league, club and team list are pulled live from the API.
Matches and rankings are always pulled live from the API. A cache is in consideration.
