Use a crate like opener or webbrowser to allow link opening. Account for the fact that the blocking semantics of these crates aren't clear.

Also need to find a way to present hyperlinks nicely using iced.

Adds clickable forum links to the mod description box. Clicking them should open the link in the system default browser.
