Update web engine to support modern websites

As of 3.9.0, Nyxt is unable to sign into MEGA.nz due to the web engine being "out-of-date"

The web engine needs to be updated to support modern websites

Describe alternatives you've considered
For now, I use Firefox to access MEGA
