These are out-of-date. I obviously forgot to update this when I removed the need for write permissions from the app. We definitely need to compile a list of other questions are customers may have but that will be covered in ARC 1292

Rationale: we need to update our permissions documentation in the app (should have already done but these things always slip through 馃檭 ). We'll most likely copy these into support docs that we can link off to for our customers.
