Tooltip never hides

I often find myself in a state where a tab tooltip is displayed and won't go away. The only way to make it go away is to quit Atom and reopen.

It looks like it's due to some kind of incorrect positioning or hover detection. Here's a shot with the treeview open.

What version are you on? (Check in the atom menu) this was fixed a week ago
or so.

Looks like the newest version is 43.0. The README says it should auto-update, but that's not happening for me.

@johndbritton Atom was reset to use minor versions (0.43.0) instead of major versions (39.0). This broke auto-updates for people previously on a major release, you should re-download atom from atom.io to get the auto-updating version again, sorry about this.
