Roadmap to v1.0.0 (discussion)

A 1.0.0 version indicates a couple of things:

• The software should be very reliable
• The APIs will remain (mostly) stable

However, I'm currently not focussing on reaching a stable 1.0.0 as quickly as possible. It might be slow journey, it could take years. I'll prioritize finding the right featureset or improving the API over reaching stability (unless there's a ton of adoption).

But I also want to know what you think. What are must-haves for 1.0.0? I'll keep track of these issues in the 1.0.0 milestone.
