Добавил функционал для загрузки локальных шрифтов из resources и использования их в Batik transcoder.

Current problems with this PR:

  1. All the embedded fonts must have open and free licenses. We cannot embed Times New Roman here.
  2. Appropriate change must be made to default syntrax.ini file in order to make it use the embedded fonts
  3. Approval tests for pngs must be introduced
