No option to specify BMDU/BMDL ratio in command line

Hello! I want to use the conmmand line to conduct analysis. In the GUI there is a "Remove geneS with BMDU/BMDL >" section in Category analysis part but I found that there is no option to specify the cutoff for BMDU/BMDL in command line, I only find bmdBMDLRatioMin and bmduBMDRatioMin. Is there any workaround? Thanks!

Perhaps you are only looking at the example file.

You should be able to use "bmduBMDLRatioMin" to set the ratio in the configuration.
