It seems v11.9.0 introduced the following error when using Lock in the Hosted Login Page.

SCRIPT1002: Syntax error
lock.min.js (9,560447)
SCRIPT5009: 'Auth0Lock' is undefined
login (80,6)

This was reported by someone using IE 10, and I was able to reproduce using IE 11 while emulating IE 10 document mode.
